My name is Megan Phan. I own and operate two dental practices, one in Edmonton and one in Fort McMurray. I am also currently working on our newest clinic that a is opening in Windermere this March 2015.
Communication plays a huge role in the dental community. Our patients must be educated so they can make the best decision for their own heath, they must know, understand and trust that we know what is best for them.
Social medial platforms allow for us to build a rapport with our audience and patients along with educating them in the oral health services available to them.
I believe social media communications between our office and patients is going to be a huge part in our communications and interactions that we will have with our patients.
